Where is Salarpuria Inspire located?
Inspire is at Street Number 674, Action Area-IID, New Town, Kolkata 700136, under Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation. Rajarhat Main Road is about 500 m away and City Centre II Metro Station is about 1.0 km away.
Who is the developer?
Salarpuria Imagine Builders LLP, a joint development of Salarpuria Group and Imagine Group.
What is the RERA registration number?
Inspire Phase I is registered with WBRERA under WBRERA/P/NOR/2026/004304. You can verify it on rera.wb.gov.in.
How big is the project and how many homes?
14 towers on 8.4 acres, with about 700 families across the full project. Phase I covers Towers 5 to 11. Towers 1 to 4 and 12 to 14 are future phases.
What home types and sizes are available?
3 BHK + 3T in three sizes (1,442, 1,620 and 1,640 sq ft saleable), 3 BHK + Study + 3T (1,820 sq ft saleable) and 4 BHK + 4T (2,025 sq ft saleable). The 1,620 and 1,640 sq ft homes are separate types.
What is the price?
Reference prices as on October 2026 are about ₹1.60 Cr for the 1,442 sq ft 3 BHK, ₹1.80 Cr for the 1,620 sq ft 3 BHK, ₹2.05 Cr for the 1,820 sq ft 3 BHK + Study and ₹2.30 Cr onwards for the 2,025 sq ft 4 BHK. For the 1,640 sq ft 3 BHK, please request the current price. All are subject to final price-sheet confirmation and are not quotes. Taxes, stamp duty, registration, parking and other charges are extra as applicable. Ask for the current price sheet.
What is the RERA completion date?
The registered completion date for Inspire Phase I is 31 August 2031 (WBRERA/P/NOR/2026/004304). This is the date on the RERA registration, not a guaranteed handover date. You can check it on rera.wb.gov.in.
Is the payment plan or any offer available?
Request Current Details. We publish no payment schedule or offer here. We share them only when the developer supplies them in writing.
Are all amenities ready in Phase I?
No. Items marked Phase I on the amenities page are planned in the first phase. Others, such as the co-working space, guest room, swimming pool with jacuzzi and pet park, are planned for future phases.
Do the homes have air-conditioning?
Yes. The specifications state VRF air-conditioning in all living, dining and bedrooms.
Is this the developer's official website?
No. This site is run by ARFL REALTY FIRST, an independent property advisor. The developer's website is inspirekolkata.com.
Can NRIs buy here?
Yes, NRIs can enquire and we support remote buying. Please see the NRI page, and confirm tax and FEMA points with your adviser or bank.
Are the images real photographs?
No. They are artist's impressions and illustrative plans from the developer's material.
